These Terms explain the rules for using EasyMart as a customer, merchant, or visitor. They are written for the current EasyMart product and cover the core workflows available on the platform.
Last updated: 7 June 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of EasyMart, including our website, merchant dashboard, public store pages, customer account features, and related tools.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and EASYMART SOLUTIONS (doing business as EasyMart) ("EasyMart",” “we,” “us,” “our”). They govern your access to and use of EasyMart’s websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
By creating an account, browsing a store, making a booking, placing an order, requesting a quote, joining a membership, checking in for a walk-in, submitting a review or feedback, or otherwise using EasyMart, you agree to these Terms.
If you use EasyMart for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.
If you subscribe to a paid merchant plan, you also agree to the pricing, billing, cancellation, and access terms shown during checkout and in your dashboard billing settings.
EasyMart is software for local businesses and individual tradespeople to create store pages, manage customer activity, list services or products, accept bookings, pickup orders, walk-ins, quote requests, site surveys, memberships, promotions, loyalty stamps, reviews, feedback, invoices, and receipts.
EasyMart is a platform provider. We are not the merchant, customer, employer, contractor, agent, insurer, or professional adviser for any transaction arranged through a store page. Stripe processes EasyMart merchant subscription payments as our third-party payment provider.
Any service, product, appointment, order, site visit, quote, invoice, receipt, promotion, loyalty reward, refund, warranty, dispute, or offline payment is between the customer and the merchant unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for activity under your account.
A customer account is for browsing stores and interacting with merchants. A merchant account is for creating and managing a business store. EasyMart may prevent one account from being both a merchant and customer account if the product requires separate roles.
You must not create accounts using false information, impersonate another person or business, bypass authentication, or use another person's account without permission.
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of store names, logos, images, descriptions, business categories, hours, prices, service details, product details, quote terms, invoice details, receipt details, promotions, loyalty rewards, contact information, and any other content they publish.
Merchants are responsible for providing the services or products they offer, communicating with customers, honouring confirmed bookings and accepted offers, managing cancellations, complying with applicable laws, obtaining licences or permits, collecting and remitting taxes, and handling refunds or disputes.
Home service and trade businesses are responsible for site safety, qualified personnel, materials, permits, insurance, and compliance with professional, building, electrical, plumbing, or other applicable requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, contact details, addresses, problem descriptions, order details, booking information, quote information, images, promo codes, and other information submitted through EasyMart.
Customers should review store details, prices, booking times, quote terms, invoices, receipts, cancellation expectations, and merchant communications before proceeding.
Customers must not misuse store pages, submit false requests, make spam bookings or orders, upload harmful content, harass merchants, or submit reviews and feedback that are unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unrelated to a genuine experience.
EasyMart helps merchants receive and manage customer activity, but it does not guarantee that a merchant will accept, confirm, complete, or fulfil any booking, order, walk-in, quote request, site survey, membership, invoice, or receipt.
Booking availability, order pickup timing, quote details, site survey arrangements, work completion, membership terms, and document accuracy are controlled by the relevant merchant.
Invoices and receipts generated in EasyMart are workflow documents prepared by merchants. Customers and merchants are responsible for checking whether those documents meet their own accounting, tax, business, or legal needs.
Merchants control their own promotions and loyalty stamp programs. Merchants are responsible for setting clear eligibility, expiry, reward descriptions, and usage limits.
If a merchant changes a loyalty program, customers who already have stamps may continue under the program that applied to their active stamp cycle until that cycle is completed. New or restarted stamp cycles may use the merchant's latest settings.
EasyMart may display promotion and loyalty information, but the merchant is responsible for honouring valid rewards and resolving questions about eligibility, redemption, or expiry.
You keep ownership of content you submit to EasyMart, such as store details, logos, photos, service descriptions, quote images, reviews, feedback, messages, and documents.
You grant EasyMart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, transmit, resize, format, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, protect, improve, and provide EasyMart.
You must have the rights needed to upload or submit your content, and your content must not infringe another person's rights, violate privacy, contain malware, or break the law.
Customer reviews and private feedback should reflect genuine experiences. We may limit reviews or feedback to customers with eligible completed activity.
We may remove or restrict content that appears fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, illegal, spammy, privacy-invading, or inconsistent with these Terms.
Merchants may reply to reviews or feedback where the product allows it. Replies must be professional and must not disclose private customer information unnecessarily.
EasyMart may offer transactional notifications, including WhatsApp updates, if a customer or merchant opts in and provides a valid contact number.
Notifications are provided for convenience only. Delivery may fail, be delayed, or depend on third-party communication providers, device settings, network availability, and the accuracy of the phone number provided.
You can opt out of optional notifications where EasyMart provides controls to do so. Important account, security, or service messages may still be sent where permitted by law.
New merchants must subscribe to the EasyMart merchant plan before a new store is created and made usable. The current Growth plan is RM50 per month unless a different price is shown during checkout.
Merchant subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By starting checkout, adding a payment method, or subscribing, you authorise Stripe and EasyMart to charge the recurring subscription fee, applicable taxes, and any other charges clearly shown at checkout.
Merchant subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can manage or cancel billing from the merchant dashboard where the billing portal is available. If you cancel, your store remains usable until the end of the paid subscription period unless these Terms are violated.
After a paid subscription period ends without renewal, the store may be hidden from public customer pages and the merchant dashboard may become read-only. You may still be able to view existing dashboard data and reactivate the subscription where the product allows it.
Existing early tester merchants that EasyMart has marked as lifetime-free do not need to pay for their current early tester store unless we separately agree otherwise with them. Lifetime-free access is not transferable and may be subject to fair-use, abuse, and product-integrity limits.
EasyMart records workflow information for customer quotes, invoices, receipts, promotions, and activity totals, but customer payments, deposits, refunds, chargebacks, tax invoices, service taxes, sales taxes, and other customer-to-merchant financial matters remain between customers and merchants unless EasyMart expressly introduces separate customer payment processing terms.
You must not use EasyMart to break the law, mislead users, infringe rights, send spam, scrape data, attack the service, probe security, upload malware, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer restricted parts of the platform, or interfere with other users.
You must not use EasyMart for dangerous, illegal, counterfeit, fraudulent, regulated, or restricted goods or services unless you have all required rights and legal authorisations.
We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, store pages, content, or activity if needed to protect users, merchants, EasyMart, or the public.
EasyMart, including our software, design, interface, brand, logos, text, graphics, code, and platform features, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use EasyMart for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, sell, lease, sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit EasyMart except as expressly allowed by the product or by written agreement.
EasyMart handles personal data such as account details, customer contact information, booking details, order details, quote details, uploaded images, reviews, feedback, and notification preferences to operate the service.
Merchants and customers are responsible for using personal data obtained through EasyMart lawfully and only for legitimate business or customer-service purposes.
A separate Privacy Policy should explain our data practices in more detail. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a published Privacy Policy about personal data handling, the Privacy Policy will control for that issue.
We work to keep EasyMart useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-available service.
We may update, add, change, suspend, or remove features, routes, integrations, templates, limits, or design elements from time to time.
We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, failed notifications, browser issues, device issues, third-party provider outages, internet problems, or merchant/customer disputes outside our reasonable control.
You may stop using EasyMart at any time. Account deletion features may be available for customers and merchants, subject to our need to retain certain records for security, legal, fraud prevention, backup, or legitimate business reasons.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for others, misuse the service, provide false information, infringe rights, fail to pay applicable fees, or use EasyMart in a way that may harm the platform.
Termination does not remove obligations that should reasonably survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyMart is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We do not warrant that merchants are licensed, qualified, insured, reliable, available, or suitable, and we do not warrant that customers will attend, pay, respond, or behave as expected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyMart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or lost opportunities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to EasyMart will be limited to the greater of RM100 or the amount you paid to EasyMart for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.
These limits apply whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory.
You agree to indemnify and hold EasyMart harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your business activities, your customer interactions, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of another person's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Before starting a formal claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue in good faith. If the issue cannot be resolved informally, disputes will be handled by the courts or tribunals with jurisdiction under Malaysian law, unless applicable law requires a different process.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting the updated Terms, showing an in-product notice, or sending a message where appropriate.
The updated Terms take effect when posted or on the effective date stated in the notice. Your continued use of EasyMart after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the changes.
